I have not ever had this L&H VoiceXpress running or working since ive purchased it as of 11/19/98 from Best Buy store #208 of Madison, WI (608)829-1188. Now and then I try to get it running. I hope that things will work-out on this attempt. Also I am logged on to AOL though my fathers business (1 of 5 account addition's) I had an email address though email.com. Thank you for the possible update or information.
