Ron - I'm trying to decide whether to purchase Voice Xpress for Medicine or Voice Xpress Professional. I'm a psychologist who would use it primarily for office notes, letters and some lengthy reports. I'm inclined to go with Voice Xpress Professional as it is about one-tenth the cost of the medical version, but I am wondering how trainable is the software. What do you do and what are your thoughts about training the software to specific vocabulary.
