I'm interested in your comment about Voice XPress, since I just received it, but haven't installed and worked with it. Since you just posted a one liner to suggest that this is a good product, could you please elaborate with your experience in installing/training/using it? I've been doing some comparison product reading and it seems highly rated, but the IBM product is rated higher by most.
