losing my voice

Innocently I noticed last night that I'd lost all the extra sounds and voices that I paid such a high price for. Does anyone know where they would have gone. Could a chip have been jarred loose? I had all the sounds one could have on this machine now I've lost all but the basics. Help...
I've got the K2500XS, by the way.
