Kurzweil VoicePLUS problem

Each day when I turn on my computer VoicePLUS is started in the on position. Yesterday, the VoicePLUS bar came up with Red where green light usually is. It suggests waiting, but no matter how long I wait it remains red and doesn't respond to my voice. Can Anyone help me?
