Dear Sir or Madam:
I have dialed your tech support line so many times that the numbers on my re-dial are worn off. I love the product as far as I can get it to go, but it won't find my programs. My Drives are C: for windows, D: for drawing, E:for educational, F: for financial, and G: for games.
I have tried the add a program, after that messed up I deleted and started over!
The problem is like most people I know just enough to get in a lot of trouble. Please either send very simple instructions or call me and talk me through the process of making voice find programs on different Drives.
