Imediatly After complete the instalation process of Via Voice Gold I received the error message that said there is a problem (SMAPI RC = 30)
It also told me that if this problem persists, I should start the User Assistant again . I tried that many times and re-installed the software but I still receive the same error message and no software function works.
Anyone know what is happening to this software and what does this error message means?
