viavoice crashes while training! Please help!

I have sucsessfully installed Viavoice on my new P2 400 omputer.
But as i tried to start "Training" my Computer crashed by telling me that "instant acsess" had to be shut down imideadly
and that "Trainung failed"!
Please can anybody help me?
