I just got Via Voice 98. THe 1st part of the install went ok, but I ran into problems with the audio set. About 4 steps into the viavoice user wizard- where you test the audio and set the volume - I got a MSSYSTEM618 error code.
I call scotland and got this resolved quickly, just needed voice compression selected and installed from my win 95 disc.
My big question here is: Should I return this product because after the first 30 days you have to pay for support. IS There a product with better tech support?
I'm not a computer wizard and there isn't anyway I can learn to use software fully in 30 days and then there is the possibility of needing to upgrade my system. I'm wary of having to pay more than the software is worth in the future.
