Voice Type Gold

I have had exactly the same problem with IBM's Voice Type Simply Speaking Gold (49.95 GBP!). Installed on two different machines same problem as desrcibed. Upgraded microphone and little improvement. The drain on system resources is also extremely high.

On uninstalling the software, it has left bad VB macros in MS Word which now return an error code.

I would really like to know iif there are any satisfied customers out there. I am going to take the matter up with "Big Blue" as the shop who sold the software, PC World cannot exchange the software.
