I have a Compaq 1650. I have been trying to use Lotus Via Voice for months. Your customer support is useless. I have spent large sums of money for phone bills to talk to numerous people at Lotus that can not solve my problem. Your technicians have caused me many problems by deleting important files. They had me delete two very important DLL files that caused two programs not to work. I need a voice recognition software that works. If you can not solve this problem give me software that works or refund my money. We are a large office and us a tremendous amount of Lotus products. Help me solve my problem.
