Computer Control with voice

First, to the creators of this web site: BRAVO! It is a very necessary site!

Second: I am debating about which VR program to buy. I would like to do dictation, but I am more interested in controlling the computer, especially launching apps, and working Internet Explorer.

Is Via Voice the best VR app for this? Are there other VR programs that do this? I have been using Realize Voice LITE (a 15-day demo) so far, and it seems ok (although it doesn't handle Internet Explorer).
