Hola,
Espero que esto te ayude un poco.
- Understanding the Windows 95 Kernel
The Windows 95 kernel is the heart of the Windows 95 operating system. The kernel is one of three core operating system components (the other two are the User component and the GDI, or Graphical Device Interface components). The kernel handles all the low-level operating system tasks such as threading management , memory management, file I/O, and keyboard input. The kernel is responsible for loading programs and starting their execution when the user requests a program. To maintain compatibility, the kernel supports both 16-bit and 32-bit applications. Use the System Monitor program to monitor kernel activities if your system begins to slow down. Starting too many multitasking programs at once, for instance, can strain your system and slow down processing.
Quizás tu problema se solucione si tratas de re-instalar el programa y tratar el aprendisaje de nuevo.
Mi experiencia es con Via Voice 98 Office. Yo sé que interfiere con el programa de America Online para conectar con la red.
Mucha suerte,
Román
