We bought our MedSpeak server from a company called Talk Technologies. It seems to crash everyday. They tell us that IBM knows
about it, a "bug", and that it is "normal". What seems to happen in the "agentapp.log" file are messages which say
"RIS Client lost connection with RIS."
and
"RIS Server lost connection with client."
- pretty much at the same time. What's going on. The RIS in our case is a piece of software called "Talk Link" that we bought from the
same company we bought MedSpeak from... what gives?
Any help is sincerely appreciated...
