DNS is Dragon Naturally Speaking. It is software that allows you to speak into a microphone and have the software type the text directly into the computer. The software can be purchased almost at any computer store or you can contact the manufacturer, Dragon Dictate, directly. I pretty sure they are at dragonsys.com.
