Update 1999, Later versions of Dragon 3.x work with NT4. I set one up for a user. The issue will be getting the correct sound card. I bought a SoundBlaster Live card in March of 1999 and found out the NT4 driver had a bug (confirmed by the company but perhaps since corrected).

: Currently, there are no speech to text voice recognition programs. The only one that works on this platform is the IBM Medspeak/Radiology Continuous Speech System.

: Dragon Dictate works on Windows NT 3.51, and there have been reports about Kurzweil and IBM Working on NT 3.51, but this is not supported by the Manufacturers, and no-one has reported working on NT 4.0 except for the Radiology Product.

: : What voice recognition programs are currently available for Windows NT 4.0?
