Naturally SPeaking on AMD vs Pentium

Hey people. I just have a question- I have been contemplating replacing my pentium I 233 with 128 MB RAM with an AMD K6-2 400 running at 366 (so I don't have to buy new RAM). Do you think there is an obvious benefit, or do you think the slower pentium would be beter (ha)? Would the 100 MHz RAM , making a 400 MHz processor make a lot of difference? Please write me with opinions/answers.
