I want to be able to use voice recognition to enter my daily or weekly time into Quickbooks and, from there, into an invoice so I can bill customers. I would use a dictating machine on the work site and then would input that information into the computer in the Quickbooks file. Can I do this? I am unfamiliar with voice recognition systems but am hoping such a system exists. It would greatly ease my billing problems as I often forget to write down everything I do on the job site and then don't bill for all of my time. Also I could have clerical support to integrate the billing into the system and free up some of my time. Any advise?
