We have noticed a very substantial difference between the Deluxe V2.0 and the Professional V3.0 or the Medical Suite.

Similarly, the performance is significantly enhanced on a P400 with 128 MB RAM. That is our recommendation at this point in time for someone who will be purchasing the software as well as a new computer to run it.
