Any of you med transcriptionists - how do you use Dragon? Are you able to listen to the doctor's dictation and dictate into the program more or less at the same time. I am a fast typist and it seems that so far the Dragon takes more time because of having to listen to phrases of dictation and then stop while I dictate into the word processing program. Any help appreciated.
