Usually I get acceptable performance with Dragon NaturallySpeaking but when using word 97 with fairly large documents it slows to crawl. Has anyone else had similar problems? I thought it might be interference from the spell and grammar checkers so I disabled them and the problem persisted. The document isn't that large, under 40 pages. I have 128 MB of RAM on a Pentium II clocked at 333 MHz. Any ideas what might be causing the problem?
