Voice Recognition and medical transcriptionists

Are these programs usable for medical transcriptionists? i.e. if the dictation tapes come to me could I then dictate them into the computer using on of these programs? If so which program is the best for my computer and/or which updates should I get on my computer? I have a Hewlett Packared Pavillion 6460 Intel Celeron 400 MHz 96MB SDRAM memory 9.6 GB hard drive 32x max speed CD-rom drive, V.90 56Kbps modem 8MB ATI Pro Turbo graphicswith space for upgrades. I have Windows 98 Please help I'm trying to make the most of my time in any and all ways possible. Thank you to all that respond.
