I do not have a solution for your problem, but suggest you check out the Dragon Website at www.dragonsys.com. They have a pretty extensive support database and also have a very active User Forum (look under the support portion of the site to find it) that has lots of posts dealing with technical error messages and suggested solutions. If you post there, you will need to give more information regarding your computer (i.e. CPU, speed, sound card,RAM). Best of luck.

: My computer crashed and I only had a partial backup. Had to reinstall everything. So I upgraded from Windows 95 to Windows 98 and reinstalled my DNS2.0 and Dragon Dictate. All went well through the Audio setup, but when I went into general training and got through dictating, when it said Please Wait adapting speach files, it got half-way through and stopped. I let it set for a few hours and it was froze. then I clicked "back up" and itgave me: COM Returned an unexpected error code. Details are RPC_E_CANTCALLOUT_INEXTERNALCALL. The program was working so good, too. I can't believe I lost it. What could my problem be? Is 2.0 compatible with Windows 98?
