Hello,

I have used several times the Shure TCHS Computer Wireless Microphone System from Shure.

It includes body pack type wireless transmitter, HW501 style headworn
microphone, receiver and power
supply. A 6 foot interface cable connects the receiver output to the sound
card input. For hands free, untethered voice input to the computer.
Designed especially for medical, legal and business dictation, speech
recognition or command and control applications. The output of the receiver
is Sound Blaster compatible. Transmitter requires 9 volt battery
(included).
The range on this system is about 50 feet!!!

It works great!!
