Dell 300 PII, 64 meg ram, AWE sound card good enough???

I have a Dell 300 PII with 64 meg of ram, and a Cl AWE sound card. I would like to be able to use the DNS preferred edition so that it can read back my documents. I cannot go out and get a better motherboard, more ram and a mic. I do have office 97. Will the DNS be workable on my system? If anyone has a similar system I would like to know your thoughts of whether it was a good thing to buy. Also if I get the standard edition will that "buy" me more speed if I give up the playback?
