If you put the whole installation (i.e., the whole Natspeak Folder [which is probably bigger than one 100 MB Zip disk can hold]}onto a removable hard drive or tape backup (or Zip, I would think), reformat your native HD, re-copy the installation from your backup BACK to the reformatted drive, THEN re-install the program from the CD to the same drive and folder, you should be OK.
