: I can't understand why tech support indicates that, for version 3.01 at least, user files cannot be backed up to a zip drive for instance.

: I want to reformat my hard drive but do not want to endure the re-training of Dragon NaturallySpeaking again.  If this is true, that user files cannot be backed up to other media, then this is a major flaw in the design.

: Has anyone ever backed up their user files to another drive and then restored them successfully?
