VR tech thesis

I am researching voice recognition for my technical thesis. It is based on a security system that should be voice controlled/activated. I am looking only for the VR software or programs which could verify multiple users or passwords. The rest of the system would be of my own design based on the users need. It would need to have multiple output capability for the use of multiple users and for ease of upgrading.
If anyone knows of such a product or even a direction to follow on this, I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
