Hi All,
I am a student in my final year of my degree at Leeds Metropolitan University. My final year project is to develop a system which recognises a small vocabulary of badly pronounced words. I am looking for some libraries or some application which I can bolt into my own code to accomplish this. If anybody knows where I can get my hands on some then I would be very grateful, or if you can suggest a likely source. I can't afford to buy some of the commercial packages as they are too expensive although I may have some funding available. Thanks.
