Via Voice files for Medicine ?

One of my students is planning to enter Medical School in a few weeks time. She has a disability which limits her typing/ writing skills and passed her examinations with the help of Via-Voice.
At Medical School she will need a very specialised vocabulary can anyone tell me if these files are available for purchase - she is desperate for help. Please e-mail me with suggestions.
