Just picked up ViaVoice Office edition yesterday and started tweaking it for the new school year - it works great and appears to be coming along so, with patience, I believe I can actually get up to 95% recognition for vocabulary.

I was gonna buy CrossPad at first but after seeing the demo for ViaVoice I think CrossPad is not the way to go.
