Dragon Professional and Word 8

We have experienced some unusual problems with the Dragon Professional version 3 with Microsoft Word 8. All of the commands related to pull down menus do not work. Instead of the command "click file" opening the file pull down menu, click file is printed on the screen.

These commands however do work in Dragon and other application software.

Another problem has been that the system locks up when we use the playback in the correction dialog box. If the automatic playback is disabled this error is gone.

If anyone else has experienced similar problems and has any solutions or work arounds I would be very interested to hear from you.
