To all those with problems with the service, call IBM's toll-free
number 1-800-426-4968 (US at least...) and ask to be put in touch with the via voice people. I got a reasonable response, and as I'm one of the cobbler's children I would expect others to get a much better one. The trick here is to not give up. Like most
large freighters it takes awhile to turn around, but it can happen.
