I have very serious arthritus and have to have a voice program. I have Via Voice Gold (150.00) and dragon (650.00) and I got a bad Disc with IBM. I Emaialed them and as to this date have heard nothing. I went out and spent 150.00 again and am more happy with it than with dragon. (I have them on two different computers).I am about to download Dragon and install IBM. IBm has no Tech support nor do they seem to care about thier customers but they make the best program around. Hope this helps
