I am investigating IBM Via Voice for a medical application. After training the first enrolment (256 phrases) I only obtained a 42% accuracy. I wonder if there are any people who have been using this package longer who can help me estimate if training this package is a 20 hour project or a 200 hour project?

I will be continuing investigations at my site, another question concerns the level of background noise which this package will tolerate.
