Voice file related errors with Dragon Nat. Speaking

After initially uneventfull installation of program and effective training resulting in excellent voice recognition, subsequent start up produced error messages:SDVoc-Open errors and other voice file related errors["bad check sum"].Speech files could not be loaded. After spending a truely huge amount of time trying to overcome this vexing problem with very active technical support from 21st cent.I had my harddrive replaced which did not solve the problem! It was then suggested that the harddrive controller may be the culprit."The computer appears to be making errors when copying large voice files as part of a directory tree structure. The new file does not much the old file".
A few such cases were evidently oobserved by D.S.Tech.Supp.
My computer is an IBM Aptiva C8H with 48RAM and Pentium 166.
IBM tech.supp.denise a hardware problem although they had no access to the DS software.
I would be most interested to find out if others had similar difficulties.I very much like Dragon Nat Speak.for my work and in view of bilateral carpal tunnel syndromes.Any advise???????
Thank you very much
