ViaVoice and MedSpeak

Hi,
I have Viavoice Gold and MedSpeak 1.0.0.0 (!?)
when i try to configure in the ViaVoice Option the MedSpeak Vocabulary all get right, but when i start any application of ViaVoice with this vocabulary an error message appears:

API = SmConnect; RC = 215 and so on...

Can anyone tell me the reason ??
