Under what conditions to most people use their portable digital recorder? I have found that having instant visual feedback is helpful in making the error corrections.
Too bad there is not a PDA program that meets these qualifications. Please do not talk about how the windows CE product recognizes voice commands as it is very limited and does not allow for dictation.

You might get better response if you didn't tell us what not to do. A number of people on this forum have spent years using voice recognition products and, even if you don't like what they have to say, you should certainly considerate it as a viable option rather than trying to eliminate it in the very beginning.
