If you see any of these error messages while dictating with Dragon Medical Practice Edition it may be caused by having Adobe Reader X installed on your computer.

To resolve this error you should disable the ”Protected” mode in Adobe Reader X.
1. Close Dragon Medical
2. Start Adobe Acrobat X
3. Go to "Edit > Preferences > General Tab"
4. Uncheck "Enable Protected Mode at startup"
5. Close Adobe Acrobat X
6. Restart the computer
