With Dragon Medical 10 (10.1), by default the Dictation Box will close after you transfer the text.
You have to continually reopen the Dictation Box each time you transfer text.
If you use the Dictation Box often you can have it remain open after you transfer the text.
1. On the DragonBar select Tools > Options > the Dictation Box Tab
2. Remove the checkmark from the option “Exit Dictation box after transferring text”.
3. Click OK to save the change and close the Options Dialog Box.
Now when you use the Dictation Box it will remain open after transferring text. It will remain open until you manually close it.
