In Dragon Medical 10.1 there are several Medical Web Search Commands that can be used to search the medical websites:
ICD-9
PubMed
UpToDate
WebMD

The Medical Web Search Commands do not work in Dragon Medical 10.1 Small Practice Edition.

Just adding to Dragon Facts advice... Sm Practice 10.1 also lacks the <next/previous> field commands which can be extremely valuable when working with templates. We mention this because many of our customers are attracted to the $400 lower price. However, only Dragon Medical 10.1 includes all of the features.
