Every time I boot my windows XP, the dialog box for Tray Icon Mode pops up. I know I am running in this mode. Is there any way to stop that dialog box from annoying me and still keep running in this mode. Somebody must know how to go into the program code and do some type of edit.

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do other than close the message in Windows XP. Fortunately, in Windows Vista, the box disappears on its own.
