A student brought their laptop in to our office (campus computer services at Ferrum College) with complaints about their DNS not working properly. I am not a DNS user, but I have observed through testing that it seems to be accepting commands only (I can say things like "save this" or "scroll down", ect). I do not know anything about the program itself to take it out of command mode and apparently neither does the user. Any advice?
