Hi,
I am currently using an IBM X41 with XP Pro SP2 - Intel Pentium M 1.6Ghz with 1GB of RAM. I have DNS 8 installed.
Basically the user of this laptop has been running dragon for a couple of months now and all of a sudden when she runs acoustic optimizer she gets:
Runtime Error:
Program:......m Files\ScanSoft\NaturallySpeaking8\Program\natspeak.exe
abnormal program termination
I have flattened the laptop and reinstalled (using the old user files to save having to retrain) and she is still getting the same issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
