Has anyone else experienced this problem?

I've been able to narrow it down to the following scenario:

Bring up MS-Excel 2003, highlight a range of populated cells, click the TTS button on the TTS toolbar and the contents are spoken.

Switch to Internet Explorer 6, sign on to a website, and after a few clicks, hotkey (alt-tab) back to Excel.

At this point TTS will no longer work. Only after closing IE6 will it begin to work properly again.

Any ideas? I'm currently using Windows 2000 and SAPI 5.1. Thanks.
