Mouse move up command --cursor won't stop when I say stop, Mouse move up command --cursor won't stop when I say stop Options

Is this familiar to anyone: when I say mouse move up,down etc. the mouse initially starts moving and it stops when I say stop. As soon as I give the move command again it starts moving but it won't stop when I say 'stop'.
I've come across this problem in my own preferred version of naturally speaking and also in the professional version of a friend of mine.
