Is this familiar to anyone: when I say mouse move up,down etc. the mouse initially starts moving and it stops when I say stop. As soon as I give the move command again it starts moving but it won't stop when I say 'stop'.
I've come across this problem in my own preferred version of naturally speaking and also in the professional version of a friend of mine.

All help appreciated.

Although we can't replicate your problem in Dragon Medical 10.1, a number of our customers have reported recognition problems with these types of scrolling and various moving commands. Our 1st recommendation would be to make sure that you're using an appropriate soundcard & microphone because many integrated soundcards are less than optimal and the manufacturer box microphone for DNS Preferred, in our opinion, doesn't quite measure up to even being a starter microphone. Simply put, NaturallySpeaking is only part of speech recognition equation. Utilizing the right hardware is just as important. Fortunately you have several free options available to you...

You might try substituting other types of commands such as the MouseGrid <1-9> or Mouse <Up/Down/Left/Right> <1-10>. Unfortunately, Nuance choose to limit this command to only 10 micro mouse movements (pixels) but KnowBrainer 2008 (third-party command software originally designed for the physically disabled) includes tons of additional navigation commands including Mouse <Up/Down/Left/Right> <1-100> which you can find out more about, if you are interested, in our What is KnowBrainer PDF file.
