Adding a new user with old profile Options

I am a relatively new user of dragon naturally speaking 9.5, and had a question. I would like someone else in my office to have the ability to dictate for me if needed. This new user ideally would have the same shortcuts and templates that I have. How do I go about having the program recognize a new user yet used the same shortcuts, templates, and vocabulary that I use?

When asking questions of this type please let us know PRECISELY what NaturallySpeaking product you are using. Example: Standard 8, Preferred 9.5, Pro 7.3, KnowBrainer 2006 etc..
