You'll find an appropriate answer to this question from Chuck on the KnowBrainer Speech Recognition Forum but if you're trying to upgrade from Ver. 9.0 or 9.1 to Ver. 9.5, that cannot be accomplished through the upgrade menu. See our DNS 9.5 Update Guide for a step-by-step on this process.
