I'm trying to upgrade DNS7.3 to DNS9 on a computer with ZoomText. I get this message: "The file SAPIDLL.DLL did not register itself." Any suggestions? Thanks, Dinah

There are some known incompatibilities with NaturallySpeaking and ZoomText but this isn't your immediate problem. NaturallySpeaking requires SAPI 4. For a step-by-step solution on installing SAPI 4 look up SAPIDLL.DLL in our Quick Tips
